perf(onset): one project lands up to ~1,700 a second A project's turn lands everything gathered (core landing.rs): edits on an older version go straight onto main when main didn't touch their paths, merged otherwise, in one transaction. Objects go into segments with an in-memory index merged into sorted runs (objindex.ts), versions get a number index, and a land writes 1.4 KB instead of 2.3 KB. Every project has fronts, made when it's created; a busy one gathers 8 ms before a turn. A swarm's first landings no longer overload the project, and an index backlog merges as it's read instead of running the object out of memory. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
