feat(vcs): git bridge, git view trailers and private paths, vcs git

vcs import reads a git repository's first-parent history into versions,
--change brings a git branch in as a change, and publishing an imported
project copies its git history to the host's git view. The git view leaves
out private paths, names each version in its commit, and pauses when git
main moves outside vcs; vcs git resume keeps those commits.
tests/git.sh (44/44) runs the view against a local git server.
