feat(vcs): vcs purge takes paths out of the whole history and deletes their content

Main, release lines, changes and saves lose the paths; the host deletes
the bytes once nothing kept holds them (R2 packs written again without
them), rewrites the git view's main with a force push, and refuses
rollbacks to before a purge. Other machines take the paths out on their
next sync.
