fix(onset): a project put on a host lands as your account, not this machine's name

on import --to and on publish start the workspace's change while the
project is still local, so it took git's name or the system user's
(ubuntu <ubuntu@localhost> on a machine without a git config); its first
land carried that into main and the git view. Open changes with that
name take the account's once the project is on a host, as on get's do.
Found moving coline/sdk and coline/liquid-glass onto Onset.
