feat(vcs): lazy workspaces: vcs get --lazy fetches each file when it's first opened (Linux)

A FUSE mount shows the whole tree at once (folders and sizes up front);
writes go to a backing folder the mount shows over the tree, so saves,
lands and syncs work as anywhere. vcs mount starts it again, and any vcs
command in the folder does too.
