fix(onset): an import from elsewhere keeps its git view; Coline's server can delete a project

Looking at git main the moment an import's last part was in paused the
view of an import from another repository: its history reaches the view
only after. The next request looks anyway (the push time moved).

POST /internal/projects/<owner>/<name>/delete deletes every R2 object
under the project's prefix and all its storage, for good.
