feat(kairo): live context and the Kairo sidebar Kairo now knows what you have open and selected. Every app publishes its open item and selection, and the Kairo sidebar (⌘.), ⌘K Kairo and the ⇧⌘K dialog send it with each message, shown as a dismissible "Looking at" chip and a line in the transcript. - Apps: Mail (including selections in HTML bodies), Inbox, Drive, Notes, Docs, Sheets, Messages, Tasks, Calendar, Home, Meridian (page selection), Coline Code (active file, nearby lines, selection) and SDK apps via coline.context.publish. - Server: re-resolves the open item with the person's permissions and adds a capped excerpt to the turn; mail taints the turn; never used in rooms or headless runs. open_resource opens calendar events, conversations, taskboards and Kairo messages. - Full Kairo page: "Attach what's open" in the + menu. - ⌘K ranks the open item first; notifications for the thread already on screen are skipped; the sidebar suggests prompts for what's open. - Per-user switch in Preferences (user_settings.kairo_live_context_enabled).
