fix(sites): fixes from the third agent-built site

A third from-scratch GPT-6.1 Sol run built its site natively on
@colineapp/ui: ~30 components, no overrides, fonts or custom colors,
3 lines of CSS. What it hit:

- The dev server still rebuilt and wiped local data when Playwright
  wrote traces and reports (JSON/HTML under test-results/). Test and
  build output folders are now ignored.
- navigate() pushed a history entry even to the current URL, so a tab
  reporting the same value twice broke Back. It's a no-op now.
- inspect listed Google though visitors weren't offered it; it now shows
  what's offered, and what was declared when they differ.
- The template's limits table says which asset number is stored.
