docs(sdk): drop the internal fold notes from the public package

INTERNAL.md was a monorepo note about folding the SDK back in from the
coline-sdk submodule, and it still said the package is private and off npm.
The old GitHub sync left it out; the subtree sync to upstream.codes/coline/sdk
published it. Its two lasting facts, src/server and the frozen v1 surface, move
into AGENTS.md's contract map.
