feat: ambient AI frontend + admin debug tool

- Client layer: api.ts, query-keys.ts, hooks.ts with React Query
- 10 UI primitives: cards, badges, evidence, actions, detail sheet, chips
- Home: ambient suggestions + commitments sections in right column
- Inbox: ambient section below notifications
- Messages: inline suggestion strip filtered by container
- Calendar: meeting prep suggestions in event detail
- Admin debug tool at /{workspaceSlug}/admin/ambient (dev-only)
  - Overview with live counts, tables for events/jobs/triggers/suggestions
  - Click-to-expand JSON detail for full engine inspection
- 14 tests for API client and query keys
