feat(api): update upload endpoints to v1 and add batch task operations

- Changed upload endpoints in ColineApiClient to use the new v1 API path.
- Added new API paths for initiating, uploading parts, and completing uploads.
- Introduced batch operations for creating, updating, and deleting tasks in taskboards.
- Updated request and response schemas for the new upload and task operations.
