feat: add OAuth client management for workspaces

- Implemented API routes for creating, listing, and revoking OAuth clients in workspaces.
- Added validation and error handling for OAuth client operations.
- Created a new database table for storing OAuth client information.
- Developed frontend components for managing OAuth clients, including forms for creating clients and displaying existing clients.
- Added tests for the new API routes and frontend components to ensure functionality and error handling.
