feat(upstream): independent R2 backups, deploy gates, probes, and size caps - Back up every Coline-canonical repository to a dedicated R2 bucket as a full + incremental Git bundle chain with self-contained manifests, run by the Cloudflare Git runtime, with weekly restore drills and a standalone restore script (pnpm upstream:backup-restore) - Mark the GitHub mirror and backups dirty from one replica hook - Stop the mirror cache and pass queue keying on per-pass credentials, which made every mirror pass re-download the repository - Typecheck and test selected services before any migration or deploy - Probe upstream.codes and the Git read path every minute and report to PostHog; report unexpected Upstream failures to Error Tracking - Report the prepared backend wait in gateway server-timing - Refuse pushes that add data once a repository exceeds its size limit Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
