The Coline App SDK: apps, tools, file types and surfaces that run inside Coline workspaces, and public websites with Coline Sites. TypeScript, with an in-memory test workspace. MIT.
The Coline SDK — the contract between Coline and Coline Apps.
This package was folded back into the monorepo from the ColineApp/coline-sdk
submodule as Phase 0 of SDK v2 (see Coline SDK v2 Plan.md at the repo root,
§5.1). It is currently private; npm publishing is re-established once the v2
surface stabilizes (§17.5).
src/index.ts — the v1 public surface. This is what apps/web's app
platform (src/lib/apps/*) runs on today. It shrinks and dies as Phases 1–2
cut the platform over to v2; do not add to it.src/legacy/ — harvested v1 modules (manifest, tree UI, ColineApp,
contexts, hosted runtime). Deleted at cutover.src/v2.ts (@colineapp/sdk/v2) — the v2 contract: manifest schemas,
defineApp/defineTool/defineFileType/defineCommand, two-artifact
extraction, capability API types, effect ceilings, protocol v2 envelope.src/manifest/, src/define/, src/capabilities/ — v2 modules (final
layout per plan §5.2).src/server/ — request signing (shared by v1 and v2) and the protocol v2
signed envelope. The v1 modules deleted in the fold (REST client, generated OpenAPI types,
webhooks router, dev server, message builder, OAuth helpers) had no in-repo
consumers; the published @colineapp/sdk@0.1.x on npm still carries them for
any external reader of the old docs.
