feat: implement OAuth authorization and token exchange flow

- Added OAuth authorization code generation and validation.
- Implemented token exchange for OAuth authorization codes.
- Created userinfo endpoint to retrieve user details using access tokens.
- Introduced PKCE (Proof Key for Code Exchange) support for enhanced security.
- Updated database schema to include tables for OAuth authorization codes and access tokens.
- Added tests for OAuth routes and functionality.
- Refactored API credit transaction handling to support new transaction types.
